There were some remarks that we were not able to make last year because of the way the last day of the session was finished, and we would be remiss, Mr. Chairman, if we did not take note of your leadership and that of your delegation, and of the tremendous support from the Secretariat staff, which was able to churn out all these documents in various iterations with what, in our system, pretty much passes for what I might call sonic speed.
