  (أ) أي عنصر أو عنصر استبدال مصمم تحديدا للأسلحة النارية ويكون أساسيا لتشغيلها (السبطانة، أو الهيكل أو علبة المغلاق، أو المزلق أو الاسطوانة، أو المغلاق أو كتلة المغلاق، أو غيرها)؟
• According to article 3, subparagraph (b), of the Protocol, “parts and components” means elements that are both designed specifically for a firearm and essential to its operation, including the barrel, frame or receiver, slide or cylinder, bolt or breech block.

  (ب) يقصد بتعبير "الأجزاء والمكوّنات" أي عنصر أو عنصر استبدال، مصمَّم خصيصا لسلاح ناري وأساسي لتشغيله، بما في ذلك السبطانة، أو الهيكل أو علبة المغلاق، أو المزلق أو الأسطوانة، أو المغلاق أو كتلة المغلاق، وأي جهاز مصمّم أو معدّل لخفض الصوت الذي يحدثه الرمي بسلاح ناري؛
