• The campaign carried out in October and November 2004 made it possible to obtain, among other things: (a) a geopositioned sonogram mosaic covering the alignment strip in the area of the two shelves based on approximately 1,000 km of side-scan sonar survey lines; (b) a geophysical survey covering approximately the same areas, based on 700 km of Geopulse lines; (c) a gravity core sample that permits better interpretation of earlier sonic and seismic prospecting data.
