In the view of the Advisory Committee, the report responded no more than partially to key aspects of the requests of the General Assembly, and focused on only one of the six points set out in the comprehensive review of governance and oversight (A/60/883), namely assessment of the current accountability policies and identification of omissions and weaknesses that must be addressed.
وترى اللجنة الاستشارية، أن التقرير لم يجب إلا جزئيا عن الجوانب الرئيسية لطلبات الجمعية العامة، وركز على نقطة واحدة من النقاط الست الواردة في الاستعراض الشامل للإدارة والرقابة (A/60/883) ألا وهي تقييم السياسات المالية فيما يتعلق بالمساءلة، وتحديد أي أوجه إهمال أو نقاط ضعف وتتطلب التعزيز.

In 2004, major infrastructure projects were undertaken, with the result that a large number of courthouses were constructed and delivered either partially completed or keys in hand. Several projects were begun and the projects awaiting completion were expedited, as discussed below.
