Encourages the United Nations system to continue to improve its reports and to make them more analytical and action-oriented by highlighting critical areas requiring action by the General Assembly and, as appropriate, by making specific recommendations; all documents should be issued in hard copy within the specific time frames and page limits and in all official United Nations languages simultaneously; efforts should continue to be made to have all the documentation, in all official languages, available in electronic form;
تشجع منظومة الأمم المتحدة على مواصلة تحسين تقاريرها وجعلها تحليلية وعملية المنحى بقدر أكبر من خلال تسليط الضوء على المجالات الحرجة التي تتطلب إجراء من الجمعية العامة، ومن خلال تقديم توصيات محددة، عند الاقتضاء؛ وينبغي إصدار جميع الوثائق في شكل مطبوع في غضون الآجال المضروبة وفي نطاق عدد الصفحات المحددة وبجميع اللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة بصورة متزامنة؛ وينبغي مواصلة الجهود من أجل إتاحة جميع الوثائق، بجميع اللغات الرسمية، في شكل إلكتروني؛
