Under section 7 of the Execution of Sentences Act, the Correctional Services were authorized to put prisoners in complete or partial isolation in order to prevent them from being a bad influence on others, injuring themselves or others, causing serious material damage, committing criminal acts, or disturbing peace, order and security.
وبموجب المادة 7 من قانون تنفيذ أحكام المحكمة، أُجيز للدوائر الإصلاحية وضع السجناء في العزل التام أو الجزئي للحيلولة دون تأثيرهم سلبا في الآخرين أو إلحاقهم الضرر بأنفسهم أو التسبب بأضرار مادية جسيمة أو ارتكاب أعمال جرمية أو الإخلال بالسلام والنظام والأمن.
