• The Science and Engineering Ambassadors (SEAs) programme was officially launched by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department for Education and Skills jointly on 31 January 2002. The programme is co-ordinated nationally by SETNET and managed locally by the UK-wide network of 53 SETPoints.
