(ج) صافي الخسائر البالغة 926 12 يورو الناجمة عن مكاسب وخسائر أسعار الصرف وارتفاع قيمة أرصدة الحسابات المفتوحة بالعملات الأجنبية؛

(c) A net gain of €7,436 from gains and losses on exchange resulting from foreign currency translations and revaluations of foreign currency account balances;
(ج) صافي المكاسب، بما قيمته 436 7 يورو، الناجمة عن المكاسب والخسائر المتعلقة بأسعار الصرف وارتفاع قيمة أرصدة الحسابات المفتوحة بالعملات الأجنبية؛

Where necessary, amounts are estimated locally based on a fair commercial value in an arms length transaction and amounts in foreign currencies are translated using an annual average United Nations operational rate of exchange.
وعند الضرورة، تقدّر المبالغ محليا استنادا إلى القيمة التجارية العادلة في معاملة بين طرفين مستقلين، وتُحوّل المبالغ الممسوكة بالعملات الأجنبية باستخدام متوسط سنوي لسعر الصرف المعمول به في الأمم المتحدة.

(a) For purposes of accounting for and reporting on UNOPS assets, liabilities and transactions, and the maintenance of other financial records, foreign currencies will be translated into the reporting currency at the United Nations operational rate of exchange in effect on the date of the report or the date of the transaction, as may be appropriate;
(أ) لأغراض المحاسبة والإبلاغ فيما يتعلق بأصول المكتب وخصومه ومعاملاته، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات المالية الأخرى، تُحول العملات الأجنبية إلى عملة الإبلاغ بسعر الصرف المعمول به في الأمم المتحدة بتاريخ الإفادة أو بتاريخ المعاملة، حسب الاقتضاء.
