(e) The Philippines Urban Forum: The Philippine Housing and Urban Development Coordination Council, the Department of the Interior and Local Government, the League of Cities of the Philippines, the Homeless Peoples Federation of the Philippines, the Urban Poor Colloquium, the Shelter Advisory Group and international donors have established the Urban Forum to promote coordinated urban development.
