Incrimination of sexual intercourse or unnatural carnal knowledge by abuse of the official position (Article 107 of the PC of the RS) protects underage persons from sexual abuse by a teacher, educator, guardian, adopter, stepfather or other person (para-incestuous type) who, by abusing their position, perpetrate sexual intercourse or unnatural carnal knowledge with a minor over the age of 14, who is in their custody for the purpose of education, upbringing, guardianship or caring for.
وتجريم الاتصال الجنسي أو الجماع الشهواني غير الشرعي عن طريق استغلال المركز الرسمي (المادة 107 من مدونة عقوبات جمهورية صربيا) يحمي القصر من أي اعتداء جنسي يمارسه مدرس أو مرب أو وصي أو متبن أو زوج أم أو شخص آخر (نموذج شبه غشيان المحارم) يستغل مركزه في ارتكاب اتصال جنسي أو جماع شهواني غير شرعي مع قاصر يتعدى عمره 14 سنة ويكون في حضانته لسبب التعليم أو التربية أو الوصاية أو الرعاية.
