• A seller was found not entitled to suspend its obligations in the following circumstances: the buyer had not paid the purchase price for two deliveries and that the buyer had cancelled a bank payment order; the seller had not established that the buyer would be unable to take delivery or to pay for the goods notwithstanding that the goods might not conform with health standards issued by the government in the buyer's place of business.
  ووجد أن البائع لا يحق له ايقاف تنفيذ التزاماته في الظروف التالية: لم يدفع المشتري ثمن الشراء لدفعتين تسلمهما وألغى أمر دفع مصرفي؛ لم يثبت البائع أن المشتري لن يكون قادرا على تسلم البضاعة أو دفع ثمنها رغم أن البضاعة قد لا تكون مطابقة للمعايير الصحية الصادرة من الحكومة في مكان عمل المشتري.
