• These documents may include the claimant's statement; witness statements; information regarding the collectability of a business' debts before the invasion; information regarding the age of the debt; letters or other documents showing debt collection efforts; documents showing that a debtor did not resume operations after the invasion and occupation of Kuwait; certificates from the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Directorate of Commercial Registration, stating a business did not resume operations after the invasion and occupation of Kuwait; court records of debt collection proceedings; and bankruptcy notices.
