(Service Design) The phase of an IT Service Continuity Plan during which full normal operations are resumed. For example, if an alternate data centre has been in use, then this phase will bring the primary data centre back into operation, and restore the ability to invoke IT Service Continuity Plans again.
(تصميم الخدمة) هي مرحلة في خطة استمرارية خدمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تُستأنف خلالها عمليات التشغيل الطبيعية بصورة كاملة. على سبيل المثال إذا كان مركز البيانات البديل في حالة استخدام فإنه في هذه المرحلة يتم إعادة مركز البيانات الرئيسي للتشغيل مرة أخرى، و استعادة القدرة على استدعاء خطط استمرارية خدمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات مرة أخرى.
