• Revolution Command Council Decree No. 107 of 26 April 2001 (a copy of which is attached) reinstates the provisions of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 governing fines and substitutionary fines for infractions and misdemeanours punishable by a term of no more than three years' imprisonment.
  صدر قرار مجلس قيادة الثورة رقم 107 في 26 نيسان/أبريل 2001 (مرفق طيا) القاضي بإعادة العمل بالنصوص المتعلقة بعقوبة الغرامة والغرامة البديلة في جرائم المخالفات وجرائم الجنح المعاقب عليها بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات الواردة في قانون العقوبات رقم 111 لسنة 1969.
• Under the terms of the present Decree the provisions are hereby reinstated of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 and of other special laws concerned with the penalty of a fine or a substitutionary fine for infractions and misdemeanours punishable by a term of no more than 3 (three) years' imprisonment, which were revoked by Revolution Command Council Decrees No. 30 of 17 March 1995 and No. 5 of 17 January 1998.
  مع مراعاة أحكام هذا القرار يعاد العمل بالنصوص المتعلقة بعقوبة الغرامة والغرامة البديلة في جرائم المخالفات وجرائم الجنح المعاقب عليها بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات الواردة في قانون العقوبات رقم 111 لسنة 1969 والقوانين الخاصة الأخرى، التي ألغيت أو عدلت بموجب قراري مجلس قيادة الثورة (30) في 17 آذار/مارس 1994 و 5 في 17 كانون الثاني/يناير 1998.
