ما يلفظ من قول فيتكلم به إلا لديه مَلَك يرقب قوله ، ويكتبه ، وهو مَلَك حاضر مُعَدٌّ لذلك .

Only the slaughtered beast knows the agony of death.
فقط الوحش الجريح هو من يعرف سكره الموت

« كلُّ نفسٍ ذائقة الموت ثم إلينا ترجعون » بالتاء والياء بعد البعث .

لكن ماذا عن الترخيص ألم يكن موتا سريعا ؟

« وجاءت سكرة الموت » غمرته وشدته « بالحق » من أمر الآخرة حتى المنكر لها عيانا وهو نفس الشدة « ذلك » أي الموت « ما كنت منه تحيد » تهرب وتفزع .

وجاءت شدة الموت وغَمْرته بالحق الذي لا مردَّ له ولا مناص ، ذلك ما كنت منه - أيها الإنسان - تهرب وتروغ .

And the agony of death cometh in truth . ( And it is said unto him ) : This is that which thou wast wont to shun .
« وجاءت سكرة الموت » غمرته وشدته « بالحق » من أمر الآخرة حتى المنكر لها عيانا وهو نفس الشدة « ذلك » أي الموت « ما كنت منه تحيد » تهرب وتفزع .
