• The country is intent on continuing all efforts to deal with the rapidly increasing demand for water and adjusting itself structurally to the possibility of drought, which is a basic feature of the country's climate. Additionally, the Government is preparing a national plan for protecting water resources from pollution, taking appropriate measures for protecting drinking water outlets, identifying and controlling possible sources of water pollution, and developing water quality standards.
  كما ستواصل الدولة مجهوداتها من أجل مواجهة النمو السريع للحاجيات من الماء والتكيف بصفة هيكلية مع احتمالات الجفاف التي تعد خاصية أساسية لمناخ البلاد، إضافة إلى إعدادها لمخطط وطني لحماية الموارد المائية من التلوث وإعداد دوائر الحماية حول مصادر التزويد بالماء الصالح للشرب ومواصلة جرد مصادر التلوث ومتابعة وضع معايير جودة الماء.
