• The State has found truly outstanding means to protect creative activities, the result particularly of the adoption of legislative measures. In the progressive implementation of the right to the protection of creativity, we have principally stressed the challenge of fighting piracy or the unauthorized reproduction of literary or artistic works, which is intensified by the paucity of economic and human resources, as well as the existence of a legislative lacuna on the subject.
