• “In investigations of crimes against intellectual property, copyright and industrial property, or of crimes in which contamination, falsification, alteration, imitation or simulation of products endangers the life or health of persons, any confiscated products, merchandise, publications, samples, reproductions, moulds, plates, stencils, negatives, tapes, covers or labels shall be subjected to judicial inspection with expert assistance and, once it has thereby been demonstrated that they are illicit, shall be destroyed by Judicial Police authorities in the presence of a judicial official and any civil party to the case.
  “ولدى التحقيق في الجرائم المتعلقة بالملكية الفكرية أو حق الطبع أو الملكية الصناعية، أو الجرائم التي يشكل فيها التلويث أو التـزوير، أو التقليد أو المنتجات المقلـدة خطرا على حياة الأفراد أو صحتهم، فإن أي منتجات أو سلع أو منشورات أو عيِّـنات أو مواد مستنسخة أو قوالب أو ورق الشمع (استنسـل) أو صور سلبية أو أشرطة أو علامات تجارية، تخضع للتفتيش القضائي بمساعدة خبير.
• This Act protects written work, engravings (defined as etchings, lithographs, woodcuts, prints, and other similar works), photographs (which include any work produced by any process analogous to photography), and plates (which include any stereotype or other plate, stone, block, mould, matrix, transfer, or negative used or intended to be used for printing or reproducing copies of any work, and any matrix or other appliance by which records, perforated rolls, or other contrivances for the acoustic representation of the work are or are intended to be made) from being reproduced in whole or in part without obtaining the right to do so through the purchase of a right to the intellectual property.
