• In compliance with the Resolutions of the UN Security Council, the EU and OSCE, the Republic of Bulgaria approved by a special Decree No. 91 of the Council of Ministers of 9 April 2001 a list of states and organisations against which a ban or restrictions on sales and deliveries of armaments, related equipment, and dual use goods and technologies were imposed.
  وامتثالا لقرارات مجلس الأمن والاتحاد الأوروبي ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، أقرت جمهورية بلغاريا بواسطة المرسوم الخاص رقم 91 الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء في 9 نيسان/أبريل 2001، قائمة بدول ومنظمات فُرض ضدها حظر أو تقييدات على بيع وإيصال الأسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة بها والسلع والتكنولوجيا ذات الاستخدام المزدوج.

• Under article 99, any person who contravenes the laws and regulations concerning the cultivation, production, manufacture, extraction, preparation, transformation, importation, exportation, offering, offering for sale, distribution, brokerage, sale, delivery on any terms whatsoever, dispatch, shipping, transport, purchase, possession or use of drugs involving risk is subject to 5 to 10 years' imprisonment or a fine of 1 million to 10 million francs, or both.

• Submit to an embargo on the sale, delivery or transfer of weapons to the Kinshasa Government, which distributes them to the ex-FAR, the Interahamwe militia and all the other negative, genocidal forces that operate from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
  فرض حظر على بيع وتسليم ونقل الأسلحة إلى حكومة كينشاسا التي تقوم بتوزيعها على القوات المسلحة الرواندية السابقة وعلى مليشيات إنتيراهاموي وعلى جميع القوات الأخرى الهدامة والضالعة في الإبادة الجماعية التي تقوم بعملياتها من أراضي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.
