Following the transfer of the Investment Accounting Unit (comprising two posts) from the Treasury to the Accounts Division and the implementation of a full segregation of duties between operational functions and systems support tasks, there is a requirement to support complex specialized systems related to treasury, cash management, investment and banking applications and services in support of specific peacekeeping operation requirements, including systems maintenance, troubleshooting and identification of systems improvements and electronic services, that would increase the efficiency of Treasury field-related operations. In order to address this requirement, it is proposed to establish a Systems Analyst post at the P-4 level, for 12 months, funded from GTA.
عقب نقل وحدة محاسبة الاستثمارات (تضم وظيفتين) من الخزانة إلى شعبة الحسابات وتنفيذ فصل كامل للواجبات بين المهام التشغيلية وواجبات دعم النظم، اتضحت الحاجة إلى دعم النظم المتخصصة المعقدة ذات الصلة بالخزانة، وإدارة النقدية، والتطبيقات والخدمات الاستثمارية والمصرفية دعما للاحتياجات المحددة لعمليات حفظ السلام، بما في ذلك صيانة النظم، واكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها وتحديد التحسينات على النظم والخدمات الإلكترونية، التي تزيد من كفاءة عمليات الخزانة المتصلة بالميدان وبغية مواجهة هذه الحاجة، يقترح إنشاء وظيفة محلل نظم برتبة ف-4 لمدة 12 شهرا، ممولة من المساعدة المؤقتة العامة.
