Eighty-two units are required for warehouse and workshop facilities as follows: 10 for mission headquarters (warehouses at logistics base, workshops for engineering, transport, electronic data processing and communications), 20 for complex mission headquarters, 6 for three sector headquarters, 40 for military units, including aviation and medical units, and 6 for a transit camp.

The team met Department officials and questioned them about the number of warehouses, the type of goods stored and the number of employees. The officials were also asked whether customs files existed and whether they had any computers.
