The Working Group may wish to consider the level of detail of the information set out, which is greater than the guidance provided for many of the provisions of the current text of the Model Law, and also in the light of its preliminary decision that the revised Guide to Enactment should primarily be addressed at legislators and regulators, and that guidance for procuring entities and other users could be located elsewhere or as an appendix or supplement to the Guide itself.
