• Also, the AvP may notify the Constitutional Court with objections of unconstitutionality of laws adopted by the Parliament before their promulgation by the President; may seize the Constitutional Court with exceptions of unconstitutionality of laws and ordinances in force; upon request by the Constitutional Court, issues advisory opinions on exceptions of unconstitutionality of laws and ordinances referring to citizen's human rights and freedoms.
  ويجوز لأمين المظالم أن يُخطر المحكمة الدستورية باعتراضه على عدم دستورية قوانين يعتمدها البرلمان قبل أن يسنها الرئيس، ويجوز له أن يحيل إلى المحكمة الدستورية حالات استثنائية لقوانين ومراسيم غير دستورية سارية، بناء على طلب من المحكمة الدستورية، ويصدر آراء استشارية بشأن الحالات الاستثنائية المتعلقة بعدم دستورية القوانين والمراسيم المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الخاصة بالمواطنين.
• (a) In sole instance, questions of pure law concerning the unconstitutionality of laws, decrees and non-judicial orders of any kind.

• In this regard, the political-judicial performance of the Federal Supreme Court is of fundamental importance, not only because it is the highest jurisdictional body to decide on constitutional matters, but also because it has specific competences to try cases related to such matters, including direct actions on the constitutionality and unconstitutionality of laws, with an impact on the country's legislative outcomes.
