The IMSS-Oportunidades programme implemented the Comprehensive Gynaecological Health Care Model, which seeks to prevent, detect, and where appropriate, manage not only cases of cervical-uterine cancer, but all alterations of the lower genital tract and mammary glands in 100 per cent of women of 15 years of age and older that have begun sexual activity.
