The toxicity of c-OctaBDE to corn (Zea mays), onion (Allium cepa), ryegrass (Lolium perenne), cucumber (Cucumis sativa), soybean (Glycine max), and tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) was evaluated in a 21-day emergence and growth study using an artificial sandy loam soil (Great Lakes Chemical Corporation 2001d).
