The provisions under this heading relate to the replacement of sanitary fittings and water-pressure pipe-feeding hose reels for firefighting; the replacement of existing overhead diesel storage tanks with a larger underground tank (project postponed from the biennium 2000-2001); and the maintenance of septic tanks;
