Increased requirements for other supplies, services and equipment for 2009 are mainly due to: (a) the proposed acquisition of equipment, such as air conditioners, fans, vacuum cleaners, and heaters for the new provincial offices and accommodation units; (b) the inclusion in the provision of cable television charges for the accommodation units as well as subscriptions for the newly established Analysis and Planning Unit; (c) increased requirements for training fees, supplies and services to implement the enhanced Mission's 2009 training programme, including the security training; and (d) the inclusion in the provision of essential supplies for the Influenza Pandemic Contingency Plan.
وتعزى زيادة الاحتياجات المتعلقة باللوازم والخدمات والمعدات الأخرى لعام 2009 أساساً إلى ما يلي: (أ) اقتراح اقتناء معدات من قبيل المكيفات والمراوح والمكانس الكهربائية والمدافئ للمكاتب على صعيد المقاطعات ووحدات الإقامة الجديدة؛ (ب) إدراج رسوم التلفزيون السلكي لوحدات الإقامة في الاعتمادات فضلاً عن الاشتراكات لوحدة التحليل والتخطيط المنشأة حديثاً؛ (ج) زيادة الاحتياجات المتعلقة برسوم التدريب ولوازمه وخدماته لتنفيذ برنامج التدريب المعزز الذي اعتمدته البعثة لعام 2009، بما في ذلك التدريب الأمني؛ (د) إدراج اللوازم الضرورية لخطة الطوارئ المتعلقة بجائحة الأنفلونزا في الاعتمادات.
