(d) Should a Government be in disagreement with a recommendation by the Bureau, that Government may request that the matter be considered by the Conference of the Parties;
(د) إذا لم تتفق حكومة ما مع توصية مكتب مؤتمر الأطراف فيجوز لتلك الحكومة أن تطلب قيام مؤتمر الأطراف بالنظر في المسألة.

(d) Should a Government be in disagreement with a recommendation by the Bureau of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee, that Government may request that the matter be considered by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee.
(د) إذا لم تتفق حكومة ما مع توصية مكتب لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية يجوز لتلك الحكومة أن تطلب قيام لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية بالنظر في المسألة.
