For example, if the women are heads of household, they consider their economic status, their relationship with their fellow accused, and the state of their pregnancy.
  وفي حالات أخرى، يمكن أن يكون الحكم أو العقوبة المقررة أخف وطأة على المرأة، لأن السلطات القضائية تراعي، عند النطق بالحكم، الملابسات الخاصة المحيطة بوقوع الجريمة لأسباب خارجة عن الإرادة، مثل كون المرأة ربة أسرة معيشية، أو لحالتها الاقتصادية الحرجة، أو علاقتها بالمتهم الشريك، أو حملها.
• So what a great mercy it is from Allah that you ( O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and – blessings be upon him ) , are lenient towards them ; and if you had been stern and hardhearted ( unsympathetic ) they would have certainly been uneasy in your company ; so forgive them and intercede for them and consult with them in the conduct of affairs ; and when you decide upon something , rely upon Allah ; indeed Allah loves those who trust ( Him ) .
  « فبما رحمة من الله لِنْتَ » يا محمد « لهم » أي سهلت أخلاقك إذ خالفوك « ولو كنت فظا » سيء الخُلُق « غليظ القلب » جافيا فأغلظت لهم « لا نفضُّوا » تفرقوا « من حولك فاعف » تجاوز « عنهم » ما أتوه « واستغفر لهم » ذنوبهم حتى أغفر لهم « وشاورهم » استخرج آراءهم « في الأمر » أي شأنك من الحرب وغيرة تطيبيا لقلوبهم ولستن بك وكان صلى الله عليه وسلم كثير المشاورة لهم . ( فإذا عزمت ) على إمضاء ما تريد بعد المشاورة « فَتوكَّلْ على الله » ثق به لا بالمشاورة « إن الله يحب المتوكلين » عليه .

  فبرحمة من الله لك ولأصحابك -أيها النبي- منَّ الله عليك فكنت رفيقًا بهم ، ولو كنت سيِّئ الخُلق قاسي القلب ، لانْصَرَفَ أصحابك من حولك ، فلا تؤاخذهم بما كان منهم في غزوة " أُحد " ، واسأل الله -أيها النبي- أن يغفر لهم ، وشاورهم في الأمور التي تحتاج إلى مشورة ، فإذا عزمت على أمر من الأمور -بعد الاستشارة- فأَمْضِه معتمدًا على الله وحده ، إن الله يحب المتوكلين عليه .
