• Surely Allah does not do injustice to mankind in anything, but mankind do injustice to themselves..
  إن الله لا يظلم الناس شيئا ولكن الناس أنفسهم يظلمون
• And in no way did We do injustice to them, but it is they who were the unjust.
  وما ظلمناهم ولكن كانوا هم الظالمين
• Do they have doubts or are they afraid that God and His Messenger may do injustice to them ? In fact , they , themselves , are unjust .
  « أفي قلوبهم مرض » كفر « أم ارتابوا » أي شكوا في نبوته « أم يخافون أن يحيف الله عليهم ورسوله » في الحكم أي فيظلموا فيه ؟ لا « بل أولئك هم الظالمون » بالإعراض عنه .
• Only those who do injustice to people and commit rebellion on earth for no reason will be questioned . They will suffer a painful torment .
  « إنما السبيل على الذين يظلمون الناس ويبغون » يعملون « في الأرض بغير الحق » بالمعاصي « أولئك لهم عذاب أليم » مؤلم .

  أسَبَبُ الإعراض ما في قلوبهم من مرض النفاق ، أم شكُّوا في نبوة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، أم السبب خوفهم أن يكون حكم الله ورسوله جائرًا ؟ كلا إنهم لا يخافون جورًا ، بل السبب أنهم هم الظالمون الفجرة .

  إنما المؤاخذة على الذين يتعدَّون على الناس ظلمًا وعدوانًا ، ويتجاوزون الحدَّ الذي أباحه لهم ربهم إلى ما لم يأذن لهم فيه ، فيفسدون في الأرض بغير الحق ، أولئك لهم يوم القيامة عذاب مؤلم موجع .
• And We overshadowed you with mists and We sent down manna and quails upon you. "Eat of whatever good things We have provided you." And in no way did they do injustice to Us, but they were doing injustice to themselves.
  وظللنا عليكم الغمام وأنزلنا عليكم المن والسلوى كلوا من طيبات ما رزقناكم وما ظلمونا ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون
• Surely Allah does not do any injustice to men , but men are unjust to themselves .
  « إن الله لا يظلم الناس شيئا ولكن الناس أنفسهم يظلمون » .

  إن الله لا يظلم الناس شيئًا بزيادة في سيئاتهم أو نقص من حسناتهم ، ولكن الناس هم الذين يظلمون أنفسهم بالكفر والمعصية ومخالفة أمر الله ونهيه .
• Surely the way (of blame) is only against the ones who do injustice to mankind and act inequitably in the earth untruthfully; (Literally: with other than the Truth) those will have a painful torment.
  إنما السبيل على الذين يظلمون الناس ويبغون في الأرض بغير الحق أولئك لهم عذاب أليم
