• Article 178. Whoever, exclusive of the above acts, removes a whole corpse or a part of it, or disinters a dead body or its bones without obtaining official permission shall be imprisoned for two to six months and fined…. When this crime is committed via officials of a cemetery or graveyard or by persons to whom corpses or bones are delivered, the punishment prescribed by law shall be doubled.
  المادة 178: يعاقب كل من يهين جثة ميت أو يستولي عليها أو على جزء منها أو على رفاتها بهدف تشويه سمعتها أو لأي غرض غير شرعي بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنة وثلاث سنوات ويدفع غرامة … ويعاقب كل من ينقل جثة بأكملها أو جزءا منها، لدافع غير الأفعال المذكورة أعلاه، أو ينبش جثة أو رفاتها دون الحصول على إذن رسمي بالسجن لمـــــــــدة تتراوح بين شهرين وستة أشهر ويدفع غرامة … وإذا ارتكب هذه الجريمة مسؤولون عن المقابر أو ساحات الدفن أو أشخاص تسلم إليهم الجثث أو الرفات، تضاعف العقوبة التي ينص عليها القانون .
