During the process of resolving disputes and promoting peace, any attempt to exclude the concerned countries, especially ones in dispute, hinders the settling of disputes between countries as well as the maintenance of peace and security.
وأثناء عملية حل النزاعات وتعزيز السلام، فإن أي محاولة لإقصاء البلدان المعنية، ولاسيما تلك التي توجد في حالة صراع، تعيق تسوية النزاعات بين البلدان وصون السلام والأمن.
