Saudi Arabia seeks compensation in the amount of USD 372,222 for expenses incurred by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Water and Sewerage Authority in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (“Water and Sewerage Authority”) in assisting MEPA to respond to the oil spills in the Persian Gulf resulting from Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
تلتمس المملكة العربية السعودية تعويضاً بمبلغ قدره 222 372 دولاراً عن نفقات تكبدتها مصلحة المياه والصرف الصحي في المنطقة الشرقية، التابعة لوزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية، لدى مساعدتها مصلحة الأرصاد الجوية وحماية البيئة في التصدي للانسكابات النفطية في الخليج الفارسي الناجمة عن غزو العراق للكويت واحتلاله لها.
