In regard to adequate housing, this Part provides for the quiet enjoyment of the demised premises, for the landlord's overriding obligation to keep the premises reasonably fit for human habitation during the tenancy, to keep in repair the structure and exterior of the premises, to keep in repair and in proper working order the installations in the premises for the supply of water and electricity, and to keep in good order and condition any part of the building or curtilage which the tenant is entitled to use (these parts must be well lit, safe to use, and be able to adequately perform their function).
وفيما يتعلق بالإسكان الملائم، فهذا الجزء ينص على الحق في التمتع الهادئ بالمباني المؤجرة، وعلى التزام المالك بالإبقاء على المباني صالحة للسكن على نحو معقول خلال فترة الاستئجار، والإبقاء على هيكل المباني والجزء الخارجي من المباني بحالة سليمة، والإبقاء على التجهيزات الموجودة في المباني لإمداد المياه والكهرباء بحالة سليمة وصالحة للاستعمال، والإبقاء على أي جزء في المبنى أو الفناء يحق للمستأجر استخدامه بحالة جيدة وسليمة (هذه الأجزاء ينبغي أن تكون مجهزة بإضاءة جيدة ويكون استخدامها مأموناً، وأن تكون صالحة لأداء وظيفتها على النحو الملائم).
