  ويتحدث القانون الجنائي عن الاعتداء على النظام العام في المادة 213 مكررا منه، فينص على أن “يعاقب بالردع بالعزل أو السجن فترة تتراوح بين 3 و 8 سنوات كل من ينظم أو يشارك في تجمعات دائمة أو مؤقتة لا ترد في المادة 210 من هذا القانون، ويكون هدفها الأساسي أو الفرعي فرض أفكارها أو محاربة الآخرين بالقوة أو الترويع، وذلك لمجرد كونه عضوا في الجماعة”.
