• The Plaintiff's claim against the Defendant is for breach of confidence and unjust enrichment.
  ويقوم ادعاء المدعي ضد المدعى عليها على أساس الاخلال بالثقة والاثراء الجائر.
• Verification is inseparable from mutual confidence, and any restrictions or conditions placed upon it are a breach of confidence.

• A person cannot be appointed to act as a minor's tutor, if he has been found guilty of the crimes of theft, a breach of confidence or forgery, or has been declared bankrupt (article 178 of the Personal Status Code). Where there is a conflict between the minor's interests and the interests of his guardian or his guardian's spouse, ascendants or offspring, a special tutor shall be appointed as a temporary measure (article 179 of the Personal Status Code).
  ويمنع من الوصاية على القاصر من كان محكوماً عليه في جريمة سرقة أو إساءة ائتمان أو تزوير أو المحكوم بإفلاسه (المادة 178 من قانون الأحوال الشخصية)، وفي حال تعارض مصالح القاصر مع مصلحة الوصي أو زوجه أو أصوله أو فروعه ينصب وصياً خاصاً مؤقتاً (المادة 179 من قانون الأحوال الشخصية).
• It should be pointed out that magistrates and members of the Department of Public Prosecutions may be sued for dishonesty, deception, breach of confidence, grave professional incompetence or failure to render a verdict. If the magistrate fails to deposit a copy of the verdict at the time when he pronounces it, such verdict is rendered null and void. If an action is upheld, the court must order the magistrate or the member of the Department of Public Prosecutions being sued to pay compensation and costs and must declare his decisions to be null and void (articles 494-499 of the Proceedings at Law Act).
  ويشار إلى أن القضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة تجوز مخاصمتهم في أحوال الغش والتدليس والغدر والخطأ المهني الجسيم والامتناع عن الحكم والتسبب في بطلان الحكم بعدم إيداع مسودته عند النطق به ، وإذا قضى في المخاصمة بصحتها حكمت المحكمة على القاضي أو عضو النيابة العامة المخاصم بالتعويضات والمصاريف وببطلان تصرفه (المواد من 494 إلى 499 من قانون المرافعات)0
