It was noted that legal issues dealt with by the teams of students participating in the Fourteenth Moot had been based on the United Nations Sales Convention, the Arbitration Rules of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, the Arbitration Model Law and the New York Convention.
وذُكر أن المسائل القانونية التي عالجتها الأفرقة الطلاّبية التي شاركت في المسابقة الرابعة عشرة استندت إلى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة للبيع، وقواعد التحكيم الصادرة عن هيئة التحكيم التجاري الدولي التابعة لغرفة التجارة والصناعة في رومانيا، والقانون النموذجي للتحكيم، واتفاقية نيويورك.
