The Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that a process of controlled de-orbiting was being gradually introduced by national space agencies for large artificial space objects in order to decrease the probability of collisions in low-Earth orbit, which could lead to the creation of secondary debris, and also to minimize possible damage on the ground caused by falling space objects.
كما نوّهت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أن وكالات الفضاء الوطنية تعمل تدريجيا على اعتماد عملية للتحكّم بإخراج الأجسام الفضائية الاصطناعية الكبيرة من المدار من أجل تقليل احتمال وقوع تصادمات في المدار المنخفض بالنسبة للأرض، مما قد يؤدي إلى تكوّن حطام ثانوي، وكذلك للتقليل إلى الحد الأدنى من الأضرار المحتملة على الأرض نتيجة لسقوط الأجسام الفضائية.

ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع الارتياح أن وكالات الفضاء الوطنية تقوم حاليا وبصورة تدريجية باستخدام عملية محكومة لاخراج الأجسام الفضائية الصناعية الكبيرة من مداراتها للتقليل من احتمال حدوث عمليات التصادم في المدار الأرضي المنخفض، والتي يمكن أن تؤدي الى تكون حطام ثانوي، وللتقليل الى أدنى حد ممكن من احتمال حدوث أضرار على الأرض نتيجة سقوط الأجسام الفضائية.

In addition, a full analysis of the autopsy and injuries records and associated photographs of the victims will be undertaken to examine the wound phenomena for the primary blast (for example: the presence of pulmonary lesions and lesions of the eardrums) and secondary blast (projections of debris) associated with an above-ground explosion.
