  والأمر لا يعني فقط توسيع مجلس الأمن لأن ما طُرح على العالم هو إصلاح الأمم المتحدة والحديث عن مجلس الأمن فقط يُخالف الغاية التي من أجلها كانت الحاجة للإصلاح وأبرز ما في ذلك الجمعية العامة التي تمثل أمم الأرض جميعا - فكيف تتم المطالبة بإقامة برلمانات في الدول وإعطائها صلاحيات والقول بخضوع الحكومات لتلك البرلمانات وأن المشرعين بها هم أصحاب السلطة والحكومات تنفذ ما يُصدرونه، ثم نطبق العكس في الأمم المتحدة ونحوّل البرلمان العالمي بها وهو الجمعية العامة إلى منبر للخطابةلا يجوز أن ندعو للديمقراطية في دول العالم ثم نأتي في موقع كهذا ونمارس ممارسة غير ديمقراطية لا تتحقق فيها العدالة، فما يجب هو نقل صلاحيات مجلس الأمن للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، هكذا تستقيم الأمور وتتحقق الديمقراطية ويصبح التنافس لا معنى له.
