Both are preconditions for countries to increase their productive capacities and productivity levels, and to help them diversify their production structures and export baskets in order to export more products and more lucrative products, increase export revenues and import capacities, and ultimately achieve higher and more sustained rates of economic growth, which, in turn, improve the chances to attain social objectives (box 3).
وهاتان الخطوتان شرطان مسبقان لتمكن البلدان من زيادة قدراتها ومستوياتها الإنتاجية، وتنويع هياكلها الإنتاجية ومنتجاتها التصديرية، بما يُتيح تصدير المزيد من المنتجات والمنتجات المربحة، وزيادة عائدات التصدير وقدرات الاستيراد، وبالتالي تحقيق معدلات نمو اقتصادي أعلى وأكثر استدامة، الأمر الذي يؤدي بدوره إلى تعزيز حظوظ تحقيق الأهداف الاجتماعية (الإطار 3).
