The head of the Rwanda Operation liquidation team stated that the telephone records were apparently lost while being transported from Kigali to Nairobi and that recoveries could only be made if these records were reconstructed, which was no longer possible.
وقد ذكر رئيس فريق تصفية عملية رواندا أن السجلات الهاتفية قد ضاعت فيما يبدو أثناء نقلها من كيغالي إلى نيروبي، وأن استعادة المبالغ لن تتسنى إلا إذا أمكن إعادة إعداد هذه الملفات، وليس في الإمكان تحقيق ذلك.
