The Panel also considers that the pressures created by the presence of refugees and their livestock would have reduced the possibilities for success of Jordan's captive-breeding programme for Arabian oryx and sand gazelles.
كما يعتبر الفريق أن الضغوط التي ولَّدها وجود اللاجئين ومواشيهم كان بإمكانها أن تتسبب في الحد من إمكانات نجاح البرنامج الأردني لإكثار الحيوانات في الأسر الموضوع للمها العربي وغزال الريم.

The Panel finds that Jordan's proposed captive-breeding programmes for the re-introduction of Arabian oryx and sand gazelle into the wild are appropriate in the circumstances, and that the cost estimate of USD 246,873 is reasonable.
ويرى الفريق أن برامج الأردن المقترحة لإكثار الحيوانات في الأسر من أجل إعادة إدخال المها العربي وغزال الريم في البراري هي برامج ملائمة في ظل هذه الظروف، وأن تقدير التكلفة بمبلغ 873 246 دولاراً من دولارات الولايات المتحدة تقدير معقول.

Jordan states that its captive-breeding programme for endangered species was disrupted because it was not possible to release Arabian oryx and sand gazelles into the wild due to increased livestock density and the activities of refugees in the areas where the species were to be re-introduced.
ويذكر الأردن أن برنامجه لإكثار الحيوانات في الأسر الموضوع للأنواع المعرضة للانقراض قد تعطل بسبب تعذر إمكانية إطلاق المها العربي وغزال الريم في البراري نتيجة ارتفاع كثافة المواشي وأنشطة اللاجئين في المناطق التي كان سيعاد إدخال تلك الأنواع فيها.
