(c) International Monetary Fund. The members of the Tribunal must possess the qualifications required for appointment to high judicial office or be jurisconsults of recognized competence;

Second, candidates for judgeships should be persons of high moral character and possess the qualifications required in their respective countries for appointment to high judicial office or be jurisconsults of recognized competence.
وثانيا، ينبغي أن يكون المرشحون لمنصب قضاة المحكمة أناسا على خلق رفيع وأن تتوفر لديهم المؤهلات اللازمة في بلدانهم لتولي المناصب القضائية الرفيعة أو يكونون من الضليعين في القانون المشهود لهم بالكفاءة.

According to Article 2 of the Statute, judges are to be elected, regardless of their nationality, from among persons of high moral character, who possess the qualifications required in their respective countries for appointment to the highest judicial offices, or are jurisconsults of recognized competence in international law.

(d) Asian Development Bank. The members of the Tribunal shall be persons of high moral character and must possess the qualifications required for appointment to high judicial office or be jurisconsults of recognized competence in relevant fields, such as employment relations, international civil service and international organization administration.
(د) مصرف التنمية الآسيوي - ينبغي أن يكون أعضاء المحكمة أشخاصا ذوي خلق رفيع وينبغي أن تتوفر لديهم المؤهلات المطلوبة لتقلد منصب قضائي رفيع، أو أن يكونوا فقهاء قانونيين مشهود لهم بالكفاءة في المجالات ذات الصلة، مثل علاقات العمل والخدمة المدنية الدولية وإدارة المنظمات الدولية.

In addition, the Statute did not specify qualifications the members should have, but in view of the legal nature and increasing complexity of the issues with which the Tribunal dealt and the importance of its decisions, the wording of the Statute should be brought into line with the statutes of other, similar bodies and stipulate that only persons of high moral character who were qualified for high judicial office in their own countries or who were jurisconsults of recognized competence were eligible for appointment to the Tribunal.
ثم إنه ليس ثمة في النظام الأساسي لهذه المحكمة ما ينص على ضرورة أن تتوفر شروط محددة في أعضاء المحكمة، ولما كانت المسائل التي تعالجها المحكمة لا تنفك تكتسي طابعا قانونيا ولا تنفك تتعقد، وكانت أحكامها بالغة الأهمية، ينبغي تكييف نص النظام الأساسي بما يتسق مع النظم الأساسية لسائر الهيئــــات المماثلة، وتضمينه ما يفيد بأن عضوية المحكمة لا تسند سوى لمن يكون على خلق رفيع ومن يمكنه أن يتولى المناصب القضائية الرفيعة في بلده أو من يكون من الضليعين في القانون المشهود له بالكفاءة.
