  (د) من المشروع، دون إذن من صاحب الحقوق ودون دفع أي مبلغ، شريطة ذكر المصدر واسم مؤلف العمل المستخدم، إن كان معروفاً: '1' استنساخ وتوزيع معلومات وأنباء ومقالات مواضيعية في الصحافة، أو نشرها عن طريق البث الإذاعي أو التلفزيوني أو عن طريق التوزيع السلكي، شريطة ألا يكون قد ورد نص صريح بأن حقوق الاستنساخ أو البث أو النقل إلى الجمهور محفوظة؛ '2' استنساخ أجزاء من أعمال شوهدت أو سُمعت في أخبار عن أحداث جرت، أو إتاحة هذه الأجزاء من الأعمال للجمهور بواسطة الصور أو أشرطة الفيديو أو البث الإذاعي أو التلفزيوني أو النقل بواسطة الأسلاك، بقدر ما يسوّغه الغرض الإعلامي؛ '3' استخدام خطابات سياسية أو قضائية، وأطروحات وكلمات وخطب دينية وما شابهها من الأعمال الأخرى المقدمة أمام الجمهور، بحيث يتم ذلك الاستخدام بأية وسيلة من وسائل الإبلاغ للجمهور، لأغراض تقديم معلومات عن الأحداث الجارية، شريطة احتفاظ مؤلفي الأعمال المذكورة بالحق الحصري في نشرها لأغراض أخرى؛ '4' أن يدرج أحد في عمله أجزاء من أعمال غيره في شكل مكتوب أو مسموع أو مسموع - مرئي، وكذلك أعمالاً ثلاثية الأبعاد وتصويرية وما شابهها من الأعمال الأخرى، شريطة أن يكون قد تم الكشف عن هذه الأعمال وأن يتم إدراجها مقتبسة أو لغرض التحليل في مجال التدريس أو البحوث (المادة 66)؛
