In accordance with my Special Representative's instructions on the development and implementation of regional action plans for the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, eight action plans have been submitted to the Team and 77 civilian, military and police focal points have been nominated for their respective regions.

In accordance with instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit a copy of the note, relating to missile practice in the Falkland Islands, dated 13 November 2008, submitted by the British Government (see annex), in response to the Government of Argentina's note verbale dated 28 October 2008, which was circulated as a document (A/63/745) of the General Assembly, on 2 March 2009.
