Apart from sharpening the “tools of the proletariandictatorship” by strengthening the Peoples Liberation Army and the People’s Armed Police, they have created a labyrinthine “advancewarning” system to monitor threats ranging from peasant riots,urban unrest, and bird flu to the influx of Western ideas throughthe Internet.
وبعيداً عن شحذ "أدوات دكتاتورية البروليتاريا" عن طريق تقويةودعم جيش التحرير الشعبي وقوات الشرطة الشعبية المسلحة، فقد نجحوا فيإنشاء نظام معقد "للتحذير المبكر" لمراقبة التهديدات التي تتراوح مابين أعمال الشغب من قِـبَل الفلاحين، واضطرابات المدن، وأنفلونزاالطيور، إلى تدفق الأفكار الغربية عبر شبكة الإنترنت.
