Third, as suggested above, I believe that the country-specific meetings of the Peacebuilding Commission might usefully be held at regular intervals: prior to the establishment of the civilian part of a mission or at early stages in the planning process, in this phase meeting fairly frequently; and at later stages of recovery meeting at regular intervals (perhaps quarterly or semi-annually) to assess progress.
