Out of 275 million deutsche mark (DM) pledged for both designated and undesignated assistance, DM 228 million has been received.
فمن مجموع 275 مليون مارك ألماني تم التعهد بها للمساعدات المحددة الغرض وغير المحددة الغرض ورد مبلغ قدره 228 مليون مارك ألماني.
(a) General undesignated net assets are assets whose use by MMP is not subject to donor-imposed restrictions. This includes retained earnings or losses from operations;

In 2005 management changed its policy and determined that the impairment loss on the loan portfolio was a result of loans written off (more than 360 days overdue). Consequently those amounts were charged to the statement of profit and loss and credited to the loan asset. At the same time, management decided to continue the policy of calculating provisions on the basis of loan ageing categories as described above, by charging “general undesignated net assets” and by crediting the allowance for loan losses. Figures presented for the prior year have been restated to reflect this change.
وفي عام 2005 غيرت الإدارة سياستها، وحددت أن الخسارة في حافظة الديون ناتجة عن شطب الديون (بعد مضي 360 يوما على الاستحقاق) ونتيجة لذلك خصمت تلك المبالغ من بيان الربح والخسارة وقيدت لحساب رصيد القرض وفي نفس الوقت، قررت الإدارة مواصلة سياسة حساب المخصصات على أساس فئات أعمار الديون ، كما ورد وصفه أعلاه، بالخصم من ''صافي الأصول العامة غير المخصصة`` والتقييد لحساب المخصص لخسارات الديون وقد أعيد إدراج الأرقام المقدمة للسنة الماضية لإبراز هذا التغيير.
