The Panel therefore considers that there is a direct link between the theft and circulation of Kuwaiti dinar banknotes by Iraqi forces and the loss incurred by the Claimant as a result of its exchange of cancelled banknotes totalling KWD 9,450.
وبناء عليه يرى الفريق أنه توجد صلة مباشرة بين اختلاس القوات العراقية للأوراق النقدية الكويتية وتداولها لها والخسارة التي تكبدها صاحب المطالبة نتيجة صرف أوراق نقدية ملغاة يبلغ مجموعها 450 9 ديناراً كويتياً.
