The Committee welcomes the Secretariat's assurances that vacancies will be announced to Member States in a more timely fashion in future, preferably with no less than 90 days' notice, as well as the plan to implement a three-year cyclical recruitment/rotation programme.
وترحب اللجنة الخاصة بتأكيدات الأمانة العامة أنها ستراعي بقدر أكبر مستقبلا حُسن التوقيت في الإعلان عن الشواغر بين الدول الأعضاء، ومـــن الأفضـــل ألا يتم الإعلان عنها قبل 90 يوما على الأقل، وكذلك باعتزامها تنفيذ برنامج للتوظيف/التناوب الدوري لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
